Bathroom remodeling done watertight
A bathroom fails from the inside out. Ours start with the waterproofing details you will never see, inspected and photographed before a single tile goes up.
Start a conversation
We gut to the studs on nearly every bathroom, because a 1950s Madison bath usually hides 1950s plumbing. You get a flood-tested shower pan, documented waterproofing, and vent work that actually clears the mirror.
Vanities come out of our own shop, which is how a five-foot bathroom ends up with storage that works: full-depth drawers around the plumbing, a medicine cabinet recessed between studs, a linen tower sized to your towels.
How it works
How a project runs
- 01
Walk the house
We meet at your home, talk scope and budget honestly, and tell you on the spot if we are not the right fit.
- 02
Design in the shop
Drawings, 3D previews, and materials you can hold, in the studio attached to our workshop. Ends with a fixed price.
- 03
Build it once
A posted calendar, a dust wall, a broom-clean site every night, and cabinetry arriving from a mile away instead of a freight dock.
- 04
Come back in winter
Final walkthrough, then the Second Winter visit 14 months later to make right anything the seasons moved.

Bathrooms questions
What does a bathroom remodel cost with you?
Recent hall baths have run $38k to $55k; primary suites $60k to $110k depending on scope. Every case study on this site publishes its real number.
How long is a bathroom out of commission?
Four to six weeks for most full renovations. If it is your only bathroom, we phase the work so you are never without a working toilet and shower overnight.
